As part of our commitment to safety, education, and community engagement, Cascade Medical Center in collaboration with area first responders; Life Flight, CCSO, WSP, CCFD #3, etc. will be staging the “Arrive Alive” event Wednesday, May 7th at CHS.
The mock DUI accident demonstration is designed to raise awareness among students and staff about the very real and often devastating consequences of impaired and distracted driving. The demonstration will simulate the immediate aftermath of a DUI-related accident, including emergency response procedures and extrication.
Date: Wednesday, May 7th
Time: 1 pm – 2:30 pm
Location: On the SW corner of CHS campus parking lot at the end of Cone St off Pine St
This initiative is not meant to shock or scare, but rather to educate and inspire responsible choices.

Recently, the Cascade High School Publications team had the opportunity to attend the National High School Journalism Convention! Congratulations to Paige R who was awarded the rating of excellent in yearbook copy/caption: student life!


The Trashion Show at Wenatchee River Institute was really fun! Congratulations to high school winning designers Colton K. & Jaden P. as well as model Lukas L.!



Cascade High School will be hosting the annual Leavenworth Jazz Festival on Friday May 9th and Saturday May 10th! This year's festival will feature student performances, masterclasses, a live swing dance, and a feature concert showcasing young artists from across the northwest. Come dance in the Friday evening live swing concert and check out the featured Saturday concert showcasing our guest artists. Our own CHS Jazz Band will be performing at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 10th, kicking off an all-day showcase of school performances from all across Washington along with a variety of masterclasses.
