We serve one of the largest districts in the State of Washington in terms of area. We travel on both Blewett and Stevens Passes as well as the Lake Wenatchee, Chiwawa Loop and Plain areas. We also cover the towns of Dryden, Peshastin and Leavenworth. The square miles of Cascade School District is 1,175 and by comparison, the entire state of Rhode Island is 1,212 square miles.

STOPFINDER
As part of our transportation scheduling system, the Cascade School District has access to and will be using a new parent app, Stopfinder, beginning March 6th. Stopfinder is the easy-to-use, all-in-one app that allows you to have the most accurate information about your student’s bus schedule at anytime from anywhere. In addition to displaying your student’s transportation information, Stopfinder includes a private messaging feature that will allow you to communicate directly with the Cascade Transportation Department. 

The email address that is currently on file with the district will be used for Stopfinder setup. Please contact your student’s school of attendance to make a change to your primary email address (or verify/update through Skyward Family Access) prior to the end of the day on March 4th, 2024. 

Stopfinder can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play. Stopfinder will require an invite and registration through the district prior to accessing your student’s transportation schedule. Please watch for a Stopfinder invitation, which will be sent to your primary email address, on March 6th, 2024.

Bus Routes
Remember that the district has a consistent late start the first two Wednesdays of every month, so when looking at your stop times, please add 120 minutes (2 hrs) to them on those late start Wednesdays.  The CSD sends out a text reminder to families the evening prior to a late starts and early releases.  Please make sure your school office has the most current contact information for you.  If you do not receive a text, we may not have accurate information.
