Cascade Medical is partnering to provide Free Sports Physicals for student athletes grades 5-11 on Thurs., May 14th, from 5-7 pm at CHS. No registration required.
Students must bring a completed sports physical form signed by a parent of guardian. You can pick these up at school offices or here:
