The upcoming Cascade School District levy requests will have two propositions on the February 11, 2025 ballot. Proposition 1 is a proposed replacement Educational Programs and Operations (EP&O, formerly called M&O) levy. Proposition 2 is a proposed replacement technology/safety/facilities levy. Local levies support educational activities that are not funded by the state. These proposed levies are not new taxes but would replace the ones currently being collected. In February, the Cascade School District will propose two

CSD is preparing for a Holiday Shop and Go event for families in need on December 12th. This event is made possible by the NCW Toy Drive by Les Schwab. If you would like to participate, there are collection boxes placed around town where you can donate toys. The Wenatchee River Institute (WRI) has heard that there is community interest for an After School Program at WRI! They will run a pilot program in December and January. The program will be based on the WRI campus and spend as much time outdoors as possible. Please complete a short survey to help them develop a pilot program that will best meet community needs.
