Deputy Michael Morrison
Deputy Mike Morrison is presently the School Resource Officer (SRO) for Cascade School District. Deputy Morrison began his career in 2006 with the Omak Police Department and has been employed by the Chelan County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) since March 2014.
He was assigned to night patrol with CCSO until January 2017, when he became SRO with the school district. In addition to being an SRO, Deputy Morrison is a member of CCSO's Search & Rescue Team (SAR) and High Angle Rope Rescue Team (HARRT). Deputy Morrison is an Emergency Vehicle Operations and Control (EVOC) instructor, Pursuit Intervention Technique (PIT) Instructor and Field Training Officer (FTO) for newly hired deputies.
Deputy Morrison is also an assistant track coach for Cascade High School's Track and Field Team. Outside of law enforcement, Deputy Morrison enjoys hiking, biking, fishing, traveling and other outdoor activities. He also enjoys participating in obstacle course races (Tough Mudder, Spartan, etc) and working out in his spare time.
Deputy Morrison holds a degree in Law and Justice from Central Washington University and a minor in Sociology.
