Incoming Freshmen and New Students are welcome to come to the CHS Commons on August 22nd from 2:00 to 3:00 PM to prepare for your first year as a Cascade High School Student. This is a student activity. Parents do not need to attend.

Our CHS Publications team won the National Journalism Competition! They got 1st place for their monthly e-newspaper, The Kodiak Chronicle, 1st place for the 2020-2021 Yearbook: Leave Your Mark & Outstanding Story by Isabel Menna. Click the link above to learn more and read their articles.

The Kodiak Chronicle
The May edition of the Kodiak Chronicle features many reviews of local restaurants and attractions and a telling "day in the life" story that would be beneficial for any student considering running start to read. It also includes vlogs, articles celebrating seniors and some how-to info.

In response to the devastating news that our nation is faced with in the recent Texas school shooting, our hearts go out to all the parents, families, neighbors, first responders, classmates, friends and school personnel affected. We recognize that this topic does not come lightly, and that it could affect those in our own small-town community. If this resonates with you, please know that you are not alone in the sadness, anger, despair and overwhelming thoughts you may be feeling. We encourage you to utilize the support you have through family, friends, professionals, and resources that are available. Below are a few tangible resources to help us navigate this topic individually and collectively.
