Understanding Your Childs Canvas Account - This is a great Canvas introductory video! 

In Canvas, Parents are also called "Observers".  To create your "Osberver" connection, your student first needs to go into their Canvas account and generate a pairing code.

Step 1.  Have your student generate a "pairing code" (six digit)

    - How a student can generate a pairing code (each student will need to generate their
       specific code for you to paste in and "add" them)

Once you have the pairing code, go in to Canvas to create your account and connect your student(s).

Step 2.  Create a Canvas account
