Thank you for your interest in employment opportunities with the Cascade School District.  Please visit the links to the left to browse job openings and apply for a position.

The goal of the Cascade School District is to recruit and retain well-qualified employees to support our mission of meeting the individual learning needs of all students.  We believe that all students are entitled to an education that prepares them for success in college, and further believe that the greatest factors in promoting that kind of education are a strong, coherent curriculum and a staff that practices exceptional instructional practices.  Therefore, through a collaborative and ongoing process, we are developing a coherent, unified and transparent curriculum that includes district-wide assessments essential to measuring and improving student progress.

We invite applicants to apply for substitute positions along with permanent positions.  Signing up as a substitute doesn’t hurt your chances of being offered a permanent job with the District.  Instead, substitutes have the opportunity of “on the job training” while working in a variety of interesting positions and visiting a number of locations throughout the District.  It has been found that experience as a substitute often prepares an individual for permanent placement.

Cascade School District complies with all federal and state rules and regulations and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, creed, color, national origin, age, honorably-discharged veteran or military status, sex, sexual orientation including gender expression or identity, marital status, the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability, or the use of a trained guide dog or service animal by a person with a disability in its programs and activities and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups. Inquiries regarding compliance and/or grievance procedures may be directed to the school district’s Title IX and Civil Rights Coordinator, Michael Miller at 509-548-4042, mmiller@cascadesd.org, Icicle River Middle School, 10195 Titus Rd, Leavenworth, WA 98826, or Special Education Director and Section 504/ADA Coordinator, Brett Johnson, at 509-548-4004, bjohnson@cascadesd.org, Alpine Lakes Elementary School, 500 Pine St., Leavenworth, WA 98826.
