Stevens Pass Academic Excellence Program

     Information Sheet for Schools and Parents

Student Eligibility For Alpine Lakes ES students   (as determined by the Cascade School District)

Grades 3-5
   * Students who met their Accelerated Reader goals last spring will be eligible for the 2022-23 winter season.  The AR goals are set by grade-level teams. 

Rules & Instructions:

1. Determination of student eligibility is solely vested with the student’s participating school and not with Stevens Pass. Participating schools will send a list of eligible students to Stevens Pass.
2. AEP season passes are available to order over the phone at 206-812-4510 or at the Season Pass Office at Stevens Pass during business hours.
3. To fulfill the request, Stevens Pass will need a photo of the passholder and a release of liability signed by the parent or guardian.
4. Renewing pass holders can use their existing passes.  First time pass holders will receive their passes via mail.  We continue to mail out passes after opening date; however, if you visit us before your pass arrives we can reprint your pass at the mountain.
5. Once the pass is ordered, Stevens Pass will check to make sure that the individual’s name appears on the approved list from the school.  The passes are deactivated if the student’s name does not appear on the list.

1. La determinación de elegibilidad de los estudiantes corresponde exclusivamente a la escuela participante del estudiante y no a Stevens Pass. Las escuelas participantes enviarán una lista de estudiantes elegibles a Steven Pass.
2. Los pases de temporada AEP están disponibles para ordenar por teléfono al 206-812-4510 o en la oficina de temporada en Stevens Pass durante las horas laborales.
3. Para completar la solicitud, Steven Pass necesitará una foto del estudiante y una forma de exención de responsabilidad firmada por el padre o guardián.
4. Los estudiantes que estarán renovando un pase pueden usar sus pases existentes. Los que van a obtener pases por primera vez recibirán su pase por correo. Seguimos enviando pases por correo después de la fecha de apertura; sin embargo, si usted nos visita antes de que llegue su pase, podemos reimprimirlo en la oficina.
5. Una vez que ordene el pase, Stevens Pass verificará para asegurarse que el nombre del individuo aparezca en la lista aprobada de la escuela. Los pases se desactivarán si el nombre del alumno no aparece en la lista.
